Keep everyone hydrated
Make sure guests of all ages have access to water and soft drinks, and not just alcoholic beverages! For all your wedding bar hire needs, the ALS Group has the perfect solution. We can supply a fully stocked and licensed mobile bar hire (with staff) as well as dry bar hire – perfect if you want to give guests full access to refreshments. Our mobile bar equipment includes a double upright glass fronted fridge and a double bottle fridge and all our equipment is available as a multi-day hire (just call for more details); all you need to do is supply the contents!
Provide plenty of shade
Even overcast summer days can wreak havoc to health, as it is still possible to catch the sun on warm, breezy days. Ensure outdoor venues have sufficient shady places available for guests to sit and relax in, out of direct sunlight – so important for all age groups. Our pagoda marquee hire is a great solution for weddings, with the curved silhouette of the marquee providing an elegant option for shade. To take guests effortlessly from day to evening, the pagoda marquees can be dressed with a choice of linings and furnished with flooring and seating too. It’s worth noting here that metal chairs can quickly heat up, causing discomfort to guests, so wherever possible choose a non-metallic chair option like the elegant Chiavari chair. Failing that, our chair covers are a great cover-up for metal seating and give a uniform and coordinated look to your day.
